Basking Ridge, New Jersey rider Kendall Fately tops a field of 62 competitors to win the 2009 Marshall & Sterling League Children's Medal National Finals. She lead the first round with the top score of 81. Then the top 12 returned for a second trip and she secured her victory with the highest second round score of 86. Kendall and her horse Magnetic won the Marshall & Sterling League 2009 High Point Children's Medal Rider as well. They also placed 7th out of 51 competitors in the Marshall & Sterling 3’3” $5000 Hunter Derby and had the 2nd highest score of 83 in the first round. Redfield Farm imported and sold Magnetic to Fately family.

Cocknito CH
1999-2008

Redfield is saddened by the loss of Cocknito CH. Cocknito CH was a 9 year old Swiss Warmblood gelding owned by Shannon Strom and Katie Shannon of Castle Rock, Colorado and ridden by Mickie Sage of Denver, Colorado. He was imported in December of 2006 by Redfield Farm from Stal Hendrix in the Netherlands. Cocknito showed in the Young Jumper division until December of 2007. In 2008, he stepped into the Grand Prix arena and was showing promise of a true international showjumper. Just the week prior, Cocknito CH and Mickie were 2nd in the $50,000 World Cup Qualifier at the Las Vegas National Horse Show, which was only their 3rd qualifier ever.

Cocknito CH will be greatly missed. It was only just
the beginning of a promising career.
